Purpose
This policy applies to templates, images, image links, text, tier labels, nicknames, avatars, drawings, reactions, votes, YouTube links, and other content submitted or shared through Tierclash. It explains the rules, moderation process, and ways to report or appeal.
Your responsibility
Only submit content you are allowed to use and share. Consider the audience and visibility setting before publishing a community template or public result link. You remain responsible for your content even when Tierclash provides an image search or other creation tool.
Prohibited content and conduct
Do not submit illegal content; child sexual abuse material or sexual exploitation; credible threats; terrorist content; non-consensual intimate material; doxxing or privacy violations; hate, targeted harassment, or discriminatory abuse; instructions encouraging self-harm or serious violence; graphic gore or sexually explicit material; scams, malware, spam, or impersonation; or content that infringes copyright, trademarks, image rights, or other third-party rights.
How moderation works
Images are screened using Microsoft Azure Content Safety. Content above configured safety thresholds may be rejected automatically, while flagged content can be placed in a human review queue. Community templates are reviewed before or during publication. Reports, context, severity, past violations, and legal obligations may also inform a decision. Automated tools can make mistakes, so appeals are available.
Restrictions
Tierclash may reject or remove content, reduce its visibility, prevent publication, suspend features, or restrict an account. Three rejected images in a rolling 24-hour window create one incident and a 72-hour image-upload restriction. A second non-dismissed incident within 12 months creates another temporary restriction and a case for human review. Automated moderation never imposes a permanent account restriction. We may act immediately for urgent safety or legal reasons.
Report illegal or prohibited content
Use the in-product report control where available or email support@tierclash.com. Identify the exact content and location, explain why you believe it is illegal or violates this policy, provide your name and email unless the law permits an anonymous notice, and include a good-faith statement that the information is accurate. Clear, sufficiently precise notices can give Tierclash actual knowledge of the reported content.
Our decisions
When required and possible, we explain the affected content, the measure taken, the rule or legal basis, the role of automation, and available appeal options. We may preserve evidence or report information to competent authorities when legally required, including where there is a suspected criminal offence involving a threat to life or safety.
Appeal
If your content or account is restricted, email support@tierclash.com with the account, content, decision, and reasons you believe the decision should change. A human will review eligible appeals. A successful appeal may restore content or access; legal retention duties can still require us to keep a limited record.
