Copyright on Tierclash

Users must have the rights needed for content they submit. This notice-and-action process covers copyright and related intellectual-property complaints. It is based on the rules applicable to Tierclash as a service established in France; it is not presented as a United States DMCA agent procedure.

Send a notice

Email support with the subject “Copyright notice”. A notice must be sufficiently precise and substantiated for us to identify the material and assess the claim.

What to include

Please include all of the following:

  • The exact URL, template, image, result, or other information needed to locate the material.
  • The protected work or right concerned and a clear explanation of why the use is not authorised.
  • Your name, email address, and, where needed to assess the claim, postal address or evidence that you represent the rightsholder.
  • A good-faith statement that the information in the notice is accurate.

What happens next

We acknowledge and assess sufficiently precise notices without undue delay. Depending on the facts, we may ask for information, restrict or remove material, preserve evidence, or reject the notice. We do not promise a fixed outcome or a made-up 10–14 day timetable. Where required, we inform the affected user and explain the decision and appeal route.

Response from the affected user

If your content was restricted and you believe the decision is wrong, email support with the decision and evidence that you own the content, have permission, or rely on an applicable exception. We may share the substance of the claim and response where necessary to resolve the dispute, subject to privacy and safety limits.

Repeated infringement

Repeated or serious infringement may lead to content removal, publication limits, account suspension, or termination. We consider the reliability and outcome of notices rather than treating every allegation as a proven violation.

Personal data in notices

We use notice and response data to assess the claim, communicate with the parties, prevent abuse, preserve legal evidence, and comply with law. We keep it only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and may disclose it to the affected parties, advisers, providers, or authorities where lawful and necessary. The Privacy Policy explains your rights.
